In the kitchen with Bea
Over the weekend I had the pleasure of having a dinner created by my great friend Bea. I am always amazed, and really jealous, of her gourmet cooking skills but am always more then happy to be on the receiving end of the deal. This weekend was no exception. God knows I will never be sharing any of my own recipes (there is no such thing), so after receiving a few recipe requests because of my photo on instagram, I invited her to share it here.
And VoilĂ !…Flourless Dark Chocolate Lava Cake with Molten Maple Almond Butter. I am seriously still drooling.
We topped it off with a little vanilla gelato which went so well with the rich dark chocolate and complemented the saltiness of the almond butter. PERFECTION!
